This client's focus on efficiently providing well designed stores for walk-up and drive-thru customers has resulted in a store image that is easily recognized while each store has its own identity. We have worked with this client to produce over 40 projects that include: interior tenant fit out in a landlord constructed shell; new ground up construction; and renovation of historical structures into new, engaging stores. We have developed a team approach including the owner to produce projects quickly using BIM and standard construction practices.
